We are WildWorks.

We create large scale, site specific productions that develop out of their locations. Within those locations, are the people. We make our work with and for them, keeping them at the heart of everything we do. We have worked all over the globe - in places of conflict, hardship, clifftops, naval bases, vast woodlands and conservative clubs.

Born and built in 2005 by Bill Mitchell (Artistic Director) and after 10 years creating work around the world WildWorks, (Souterrain, The Enchanted Palace and The Passion), return to Cornwall. Which brings us to Wolf's Child...

Wolf's Child was the headlining show at Norfolk and Norwich Festival in 2015, given 5 star reviews by The Guardian and The Times.

This production is the epic tale of ‘Mother’, who protects her girls from the dangerous world of the wild. When a wolf attack leaves her injured she is forced to send her most trusted girl into the woods in her place. Here the girl discovers darkness, love, terror and freedom on a journey that explores the very essence of being human and our relationship with animals. It is a story for all the senses which stirs the soul. This new adaption of Wolf’s Child has been created with communities in Cornwall for Cornwall at the Trelowarren Estate, premiering this summer and runs from 11th-30th July.

Fancy getting involved?

We are looking for volunteers in your local area to come and play and in the woods this summer. The roles include technical support (lighting and sound assistants), performers and back and front of house teams.

If you are interested, please email info@wildworks.biz to find out more about becoming a part of the Wolf's Child Team.

"In exchange for giving up some of your precious time, you will be given the most fantastic opportunity to learn from a group of inspirational, talented, creative and enthusiastic people. It is an opportunity to learn new skills, make new friends, and have the most fun ever! Can't wait to volunteer for the next project!"
Judith Burford, A Great Night Out, Sunderland 2016

We look forward to hearing from you.
