Cornwall Council is asking residents to give their views on their household rubbish and recycling service by completing a customer satisfaction survey.     The survey, conducted by Biffa Group on behalf of Cornwall Council, should take about 10 minutes to complete and asks for views on:

  • Rubbish collection
  • Recycling collections
  • Garden waste
  • Beach cleaning
  • Street cleaning
